Registration Open for 2019 Actsafe Event Safety Conference

The following is excerpted from a communication issued by Actsafe.

Plan to attend the only conference in the Pacific Northwest focused on sharing knowledge about making performing arts and live events workplaces safe for workers and audiences alike!

In its third year in 2019, Actsafe’s Event Safety Conference brings together a broad range of stakeholders from festivals, performing arts and live event venues, health and safety organizations, event production suppliers, education providers, service organizations, municipalities, and labour unions to network and learn about event safety and much more. Early Bird Registration is now open!

Over two days, learn from experts in their fields at more than 30 workshops, interactive demonstrations, roundtable sessions, and panel discussions. This is a fantastic opportunity to network and share knowledge with others involved in the production of live events and performing arts across Western Canada, and beyond.

Conference registration includes:

  • 2 Full Days of Programming

  • 30+ 90-Min Sessions

  • Access to 20+ Tradeshow Exhibitors

  • Live Demonstrations in the Truss Cube
