Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society Accepting Grant Applications
/The Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society (CCACS) is offering a wide variety of grants for both individuals and organizations.
In addition to its usual project grants program, with grants ranging from $300 to $3,000, the CCACS is offering four support grants of $1,000 each for small community groups or independent artists.
While the project grants are funded by the City of Williams Lake and the Cariboo Regional District, the new support grants are directly funded by the CCACS. Those planning to apply for the support grants should articulate clearly how their proposed project will directly or indirectly benefit the community and increase the arts and culture available in Williams Lake and the surrounding region.
For more information, see this release from the CCACS, as well as the recent article by Patrick Davies in The Williams Lake Tribune. For more information on how and where to apply, visit the CCACS website or email Leah Selk at info@centralcaribooarts.com.
