The Canada Council for the Arts announced last week the appointment of Christina Cameron as President of the The Canadian Commission for UNESCO. Her term began at the Commission's Annual General Meeting held in Victoria from June 5 to 7, 2014. She was appointed for a term of 2 years, renewable once. Cameron was formerly Vice-President of the Commission from 2010 to 2014.
