This development proposal includes a ~13,000 sq. ft. cultural amenity space. The proposed cultural amenity will be delivered to the City and includes 2 floors of dedicated arts and culture presentation (visual or media arts) and shared artist production space. At a later date, the City will seek to select a non-profit arts and culture operator for the facility.

  • Total FSR of 11.99

  • 217 strata-titled residential units
