Indigenous Music Grants Open for Application

The First Peoples' Cultural Council is now accepting applications from Indigenous artists and organizations in B.C. Funded through Amplify BC, apply now for: 

• Indigenous Music Grants

  • providing up to $20,000 for artists to support creating, performing, recording, touring, and marketing music in Canada

• Music Industry Professionals

  • providing up to $30,000 to assist recording engineers, supporting mentorship, recording projects, and studio upgrades

  • providing up to $15,000 to support mentorships or internships for emerging professionals working in the music industry

Grants are also available for individual artists, organizations and collectives, community arts spaces, arts administrator internships + mentorships, and scholarships. The deadline for applications is September 30, 2022.
