Granting programs available in BC for projects at the intersection of arts and technology

The deadline is approaching for the Interactive Fund, a partnership between Creative BC and the BC Arts Council.

The Interactive Fund supports the creation of high quality, original interactive digital media projects that support diversity in artistic expression, demonstrate clear connections between art and technology, and provide opportunities for access, dissemination, and engagement with audiences and within the BC arts and culture sector. 

Up to $100,000 is available to individuals, companies or not for profit societies based in BC to support projects at all different phases, including early development, prototyping and project completion.

NEW THIS YEAR: Grant Coaches

To further encourage their chance for success, regional (those based outside the Greater Vancouver area) or equity applicants can take advantage of a free one hour grant coaching session to receive direct feedback on their application materials! Grant Coaches are industry leaders and experts with real world experience in successfully securing grants, and are separate and independent from the program team at Creative BC. NEW THIS YEAR: Targeted Commitment

Creative BC states that at minimum, 30% of funding available this intake round will be committed to projects led by equity or sovereignty seeking artists/teams.
