Join an Upcoming Discussion with Minister Guilbeault on Arts Sector Recovery

Join Business / Arts, Global Public Affairs, Mass Culture and the Canadian Arts Coalition for a discussion with the Hon. Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage on how the government can help the arts sectors recover from the impacts of the pandemic. 

To help frame the discussion, please complete a short survey with your thoughts on actions the government can take to support you and your organization.

The responses submitted will be posed to the Minister during the session. Minister Guilbeault will also answer questions live from those in attendance.

Who should attend: Everyone working in the visual/digital, live performing arts, and heritage sectors

This is the first of multiple virtual town halls to be hosted by the Minister of Canadian Heritage to directly connect with the arts sectors on their recovery. Upcoming town halls will focus on the film and television industry, music, journalism, publishing, and sport.

The hour-long session will be bilingual with simultaneous interpretation available. Participants are encouraged to interact in their preferred language. It will also have ASL interpretation.

This is part of Business / Arts’ Arts Responses Team series. The goal of Business / Arts is to use the power of partnership to keep the arts sector informed and up-to-date.
