The conference is also offering a presentation about ways to encourage female career longevity in the event production industry:

Equal But Not The Same
Women have been struggling for equal footing in the event production industry, but are challenged by physical differences that can make that struggle seemingly impossible. Discussion topics will include male-female stress reactions, and physical and mental effects of pregnancy. The goal is to assist workers and employers alike with creating a more empathetic and supportive environment which will encourage female career longevity.
Presenter: Heather Lamb
