Additional $500,000 in Funding for BC Creative Spaces

Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development Coralee Oakes made an announcement at Vancouver's 221A Artist Run Centre on October 17 that an additional $500,000 in funding will now be available under the BC Creative Spaces program.

Canada Council Launches Leadership for Change Grant Program

Canada Council for the Arts announced today the launch (October 23) of a new grant program to support organizational development, Leadership for Change. In fall, 2012, the Canada Council suspended and carried out an extensive review of its Flying Squad program. Leadership for Change will now replace the Flying Squad.
