Notice to Members: Extraordinary General Meeting on March 20, 2025

By-law Changes for BC Alliance for Arts + Culture

The Board of Directors of the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture is calling an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to amend the By-laws of the Association.

The meeting will take place March 20, 2025 1:00 p.m (via zoom)

A copy of the Proposed Replacement By-laws can be viewed through the following link.

Note that while these By-law amendments will be considered approved at the members’ meeting, they will not come into effect until the Society files the revised By-laws with the BC Corporate Registry. Until such time, the current By-laws will remain in effect.
